A practical visual check after an item reaches the warehouse.
Listing image versus QC evidence
The first image on a product card comes from the linked listing. It is not a photograph of your specific warehouse item. Hipobuy says it inspects goods after they reach its warehouse and provides results. Compare the received item with the exact ordered variant.
A useful visual check
Review overall shape, front and back, both sides, visible labels, seams and measurements when available. Request a clear view of a specific area if a key detail is missing. Photographs can show visible differences but cannot prove material composition or long-term durability.
Act within the return window
Hipobuy’s Returns and Refunds notice says eligible products may be requested for return within five days after the order becomes warehoused, interpreted there as 120 hours. Seller participation and item condition affect eligibility; customer-initiated returns may involve delivery charges and a RMB 5 service fee. Check the current order and policy before acting.
